The collection includes letters of administration of William Hincks, 1649, copy wills of Robert Murray, 1760, John Hincks, 1768, and probate copy of will of John Hincks 1843, and settlements on the marriages of Thomas Cowper and Martha Callys, 1694, John Hincks and Arabella Cowper, 1755, Thomas Cowper Hincks and Joanna Morris, 1787, and John Hincks and Henrietta Pulleine, 1826
